I went here with my dad for lunch and it was completely empty. The pho came before the imperial rolls which tells me that they spent time making the imperial rolls and they actually turned out very well. The broth had an extremely heavy star anise scent but had a very nice beef flavor. The meat was both flavorful and tender. The noodles were mostly average, but came well spread throughout the bowl. The sriracha had more watery consistency than usual and it was pretty good. Overall, a really good restaurant.
