This pho restaurant was amazing. The broth tasted just as it should, like beef bone cooked in water. It had a clean flavor and not many spices. Noodles were good too. They had flat noodles that didn’t come stuck together, and they were slippery enough that they slid into my mouth but not so slippery that they slid off my chopsticks. The meat was the best part of this pho. Instead of flank steak, like most restaurants, they used filet mignon. I think this is what made it amazing. At most restaurants, there is a tradeoff between tenderness and flavor. This filet was both very tender and also very flavorful. This is a great restaurant, would definitely come here again.
