When I walked in, the restaurant smelled lightly of pho with a little bit of lime. The food came very quickly and was very fresh. The broth had a nice meaty flavor but was lacking in spices. The meat was both tender and flavorful and the noodles were not bad but they came stuck together. The imperials rolls were nice and crispy and were very stuffed. Overall, a very good pho restaurant.
