The service was immediately friendly and quick when I walked in. The broth was super flavorful, and well balanced between the meaty flavor and the spices. The meat was not super tender or flavorful, and was just a bit disappointing. The noodles didn’t come stuck together and were well cooked but they weren’t the wide noodles, which I prefer, so I couldn’t give them a 5. The pho did come with limes, which I prefer over lemons. Overall it was pretty good, but has a lot more potential if it had better meat.
