We got there pretty late, just a few minutes before they closed. The broth had a nice beefy flavor as well as a spice flavor. The meat didn’t have a ton of flavor, but it didn’t have too little either. The noodles were fresh and steaming hot and they weren’t too soft or too hard. I added a lot of sriracha, but I ate plenty before that too. Extra bonus points for serving us within 2 minutes of closing.
