This restaurant was completely full when we arrived at 6pm. It has a unique menu, and several special items such as the “Phozilla,” which is a huge bowl of pho with two ribs, an entire lobster, and lots of delicious meat.

Of course, I ordered the closest thing to a Pho Tai, which was the Chubby Pho. The broth was the perfect balance between a meaty flavor and the spices. The meat was both extremely tender and flavorful, and the noodles were nice and soft. We also ordered the imperial rolls, which had a nice crispy outside and a soft inside. Aside from the regular pho, we also got the Phozilla. It lived up to the hype – the lobster was great and the ribs practically fell off the bone.

Overall, this restaurant was super trendy but actually very good. It is more expensive than the average pho restaurant and maybe not totally worth the cost, but it was one of my favorites.
